Privacy Policy — Tiles Sort
This Privacy Policy explains how BinaryIm ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Tiles Sort (the "App", package com.binaryim.tilesort) on Android and iOS. Tiles Sort is a casual tile-sorting puzzle game. You can play without creating an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or any other contact details.
The App uses a small number of third-party services for analytics, crash reporting and advertising. Those services collect some information automatically, as described below. By using the App you agree to the practices in this policy.
1. Information we do NOT collect
The App does not collect or require:
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
- An account, login or password
- Precise (GPS) location
- Photos, camera, microphone, contacts or files on your device
- Payment information (the App has no in-app purchases)
The App has no chat, social features or user-generated content.
2. Information collected automatically by third-party services
The following services, built into the App, may automatically collect limited technical information:
- Device information such as device model, operating system and version, language and screen size
- App information such as app version and installation identifiers
- Device and advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, or Apple IDFA/IDFV on iOS where permitted)
- IP address and the approximate region (country or city level) derived from it
- In-game events, such as levels started, completed or failed, boosters used, and ads shown or watched
- Crash logs and diagnostics, including the level being played when a crash happened

3. Advertising
Tiles Sort is free to play and is supported by ads. The App shows full-screen (interstitial) ads between levels and optional rewarded video ads, which you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward.
Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay, which works with ad networks such as Unity Ads. To deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud, these providers may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address and device information. Depending on your device settings and where you live, the ads you see may be personalized based on your interests.
You can limit this at any time (see Section 10, "Your choices and rights").
4. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (current level, coins, score) and settings (sound, vibration) are stored locally on your device only. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes it.
5. How we use information
- To run the App and save your progress on your device
- To understand how players use the game in aggregate, so we can improve levels and difficulty
- To find and fix crashes and bugs
- To show ads that keep the game free, and to grant rewards for rewarded ads
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
6. Data sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 2, who process it on our behalf or as independent providers under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or ourselves.
7. Data retention
We do not keep any data on our own servers. Analytics, crash and advertising data are kept by the providers above only as long as needed for the purposes described, and are then deleted or anonymized according to each provider's retention policy (for example, Firebase Analytics data is retained for a limited period set in the Firebase console). Data stored on your device stays there until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
8. Security
The services we use transmit data over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
9. Children's privacy
Tiles Sort is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and information has been collected, please contact us at the email below and we will help to have it deleted.
10. Your choices and rights
- Ad personalization (Android): open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
- Ad tracking (iOS): the App will only access your advertising identifier if you allow it. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Stop all collection: uninstalling the App stops all collection by the App.
- Access or deletion: depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA or India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold your data ourselves, we will forward requests to the relevant providers where possible. Email us at the address below.
11. International data transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. They use safeguards for international transfers as described in their own privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in the App or on its store listing.
