Privacy Policy — Plane Extinguisher
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Plane Extinguisher (Android package com.binaryIm.PlaneExtinguisher, “the app”, “the game”) handles information. The app is made by BinaryIm (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we do NOT collect
- No account, login or sign-up of any kind.
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
- No precise (GPS) location.
- No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.
- No chat, social or user-generated content features.
- No real-money purchases are made in the app. Coins and plane powers are in-game items earned through play or by watching optional rewarded ads.
2. Information collected automatically by third-party services
The app includes the following third-party software (SDKs). They may automatically collect information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address and approximate region derived from it, advertising ID (Android AAID), Firebase installation and app instance IDs, in-game events (for example level started, level won or lost, power used, ad shown), ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data.

The app requests only two Android permissions: INTERNET (to load ads and send analytics) and AD_ID (to read the advertising identifier used by the ad and analytics services).
3. Advertising
The game is free and supported by ads: a banner, full-screen interstitial ads between some levels, and optional rewarded video ads (for example to double a level reward, continue a level, or get an extra plane power). Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch them.
Our advertising partners may use your advertising ID and device information to show ads, measure their performance, limit how often you see the same ad and, where permitted and where you have given any required consent, show ads based on your interests. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalised ads instead.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of interest-based ads at any time in your device settings: Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads on some devices).
4. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (unlocked levels, coins, plane powers, sound and music settings, tutorial status) is saved locally on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.
5. How information is used
- To run the game and show ads that keep it free.
- To understand which levels are too easy or too hard and improve the game.
- To find and fix crashes and technical problems.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
6. Data sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers listed in section 2, who process it under their own privacy policies, and when required by law (for example to respond to a valid legal request).
7. Data retention
Analytics data is kept by Google Firebase according to its retention settings (up to 14 months) and is used only in aggregate. Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Advertising partners keep data according to their own policies linked above.
8. Security
All data sent by the app to the services above travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is held by established providers with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we choose providers that take security seriously.
9. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. They use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
10. Children
Plane Extinguisher is a casual game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help to have it deleted.
11. Your rights and choices
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing.
- Because we do not hold your name or account, the easiest way to stop all collection is to uninstall the app. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
- To make a request about your data, email us at the address below. We may ask for your device's advertising ID or Firebase app instance ID so the request can be passed to the relevant provider.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Important changes will be noted in the app or on its Google Play listing.
